Every two years, the President will call a meeting of the General Body to conduct elections for the members of the Executive Committee and its officers. Voting will take place among the members who are present. Each member is entitled to one vote, however, a member who is in default for not paying their membership fee will not be permitted to vote unless their dues are settled before the election. Those members wishing to run for election must submit their nomination papers at least two weeks before the scheduled election date, and the review of all nomination papers, which must be proposed and seconded by two members, will occur at least one week prior to the election. Candidates whose nomination papers are deemed acceptable by the nomination committee will be eligible to compete for the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee will appoint three members to serve on the nomination committee for the upcoming Executive Committee election, which must include one member from the Executive Committee and two from the general body
