He is currently serving as a research fellow in a European Union (EU)-funded project at the Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences, Warsaw University of Medical Sciences, Poland. He has worked for the following international organizations: 1- Ambassador for Nutrition Society UK in China. 2- Epidemiologist for Chinese Nutrition Society, China. Scientific achievements: He is serving as a researcher in improving public health and nutrition with more than 50 publications in world-renowned journals. He is currently serving as an editor for the following journals: 1- Frontiers in Nutrition 2- Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems 3- Nutrients 4- Current Nutrition and Food Science 5- Molecular and Cellular Biomechanics He has been awarded the best researcher award by the Hunan province of China in 2023. Munir Ahmed born on 25th of Nov 1995 is a seasoned professional with a solid foundation in human nutrition, food hygiene, and traditional pharmacy. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Traditional Pharmacy at Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine in China. His academic credentials include a Master's degree in Nutrition and Food Hygiene from Yangzhou University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Government College University, Faisalabad. In his career, Munir has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President of the Food & Nutrition Society in Gilgit Baltistan since 2018, leading impactful public health initiatives. He has also contributed as a Public Health Supervisor at the HRDC Directorate of Health Services. Munir has authored several publications in prominent journals, contributing to research in the fields of nutrition, food science, and public health. His scientific work encompasses a broad range of topics, further solidifying his expertise and impact within the academic community. With strong leadership skills, a diverse academic background, and a proven track record in scientific research, Munir continues to make valuable contributions to the fields of nutrition, public health, and academia.

Currently, I am serving as a Sanitary Supervisor in Gilgit Baltistan Solid Waste Management Company, Ghanche Unit.

Professionally, she has gained valuable teaching and industry experience, having served as a Visiting Lecturer at Karakoram International University and completed multiple internships in food processing, quality control, and postharvest management across leading institutions and industries in Pakistan.
